Where did the name come from?
The name was my father's doing and is simply the first letter of our names Russell Amy Michelle & Paige.
Are your products organic?
As per government regulations, no. However, we strive to be as organic as possible by the definition of the word, if not the definition of the government, especially in the areas that we feel are most important. Such as: No growth hormones or antibiotics. Bi-annual immunizations and vet checks. Non chemical fly control most of the time. Superior feedlot conditions on animals finished on organic grains. Rotation grazing on high quality Bermuda grass, lightly fertilized with synthetics only when necessary.
What do you have available right now?
We will have a half of a beef, grass finished brangus steer, available about the 3rd week of October. Per lb price is 6 for 1/2, 7 for 1/4, 8 for 1/8.
