It came up on our Facebook memories that one year ago yesterday we started our page with that we introduced ourselves and what we were about. At that time in the 24 hours that we had done our first post we had 233 followers .

🎉Currently one year later from that post we now have 1900 followers 🎉

To say we are ecstatic about the amount of followers and shoppers that we get on a weekly basis is an understatement.

Since that first post, we have gained more local farmers growers or producers to our selling situation. We currently have a total of 17 local farmers growers and producers selling their goods here at The Farmers Pantry.

We had an article written about us and featured in the Central Florida AgNews

Miss Avon Park City of Charm Pageants Page had come out to see what we’re all about

We had a great surprise one morning when we heard that we were mentioned on the Barry Foster radio show

Besides shopping-when you come out to The Farmers Pantry you can feed the cows and goats. 🐐 🐂

🍽️ We’ve also started a Farm To Table Dinner Series with Chef Maddison from Juniper Food Truck-we have one under our belt and the next one being planned for December

All of us here greatly appreciate your continued support for wanting to learn where your food comes from and for continuing to support your local small businesses 🫶🏻

Oh and this time of the year we get to most beautiful sunsets 🌅

We offer Avon Park the only local shopping experience on a working farm
