Tom’s Country Place, established in 1959, has been family owned and operated for over 60 years. Located within a wooded area on over 20 acres of scenic grounds, our beautifully landscaped outdoor gardens feature a sandstone terrace and gazebo to provide a picturesque setting for wedding ceremonies and event photos. Our History:
In 1945, a hard working farmer, Thomas Hricovec had a vision; he wante

d to cater to families with a welcoming atmosphere. His wife, Mary, stood by him and dedicated her time as a fantastic cook to help him in their new journey. The two of them worked together along with family and friends in order to make their dream come true. Using their own farmland, the Hricovecs changed their lifestyle from simply farming food, to serving food as well. They broke ground in 1958 and celebrated their first wedding reception in the fall of 1959. Thomas and Mary instilled the importance of hard work and dedication in their family. The second, third, and fourth generations are continuing this strong family tradition. Third generation owner Bill Hricovec, a culinary graduate of Johnson & Wales University, along with our team at Tom’s Country Place integrate traditional family recipes with a mix of new and innovative menu selections to offer you a wide variety of choices for all tastes. The Hricovec family thanks you for your patronage and is committed to upholding the expectations of delicious food and fine service which have been our hallmarks from the beginning.

Not only does our new air wall look more modern, but it also helps keep your events more private than ever before. And it’s also still removable, so we can open up the space for larger events or keep it divided for more intimate gatherings. We’re excited for you to experience the difference at your next event!
