We teamed up with our local friends down the road at Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea to custom-craft two signature roasts. Our Brewers and the Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea team carefully selected and blended these beans to infuse our famous coffee beers, and they’re just as incredible brewed fresh in your mug:

* Night Moves Dark Roast: A smooth, full-bodied blend of Colombian, Brazilian, and Papua New Guinea beans. Expect rich notes of caramel, maple syrup, dark chocolate, and a hint of nuttiness. It’s the exact blend we use in our Night Moves Coffee Stout!

* Hot Mess Blonde Roast: Bright, clean, and vibrant, combining select beans from Costa Rica, Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea. Packed with tasting notes of fresh berries, honey, and subtle chocolate, this is the very roast behind our Morning After Coffee Blonde Ale.

Whether you’re starting your morning before hitting the trails or brewing a pot after a day in the mountains, take a piece of the Vail Valley home with you.

Our in-house kitchen, Barley + Salt, is now open, which makes our Gypsum location a licensed food establishment. Due to State food safety rules, pets are not allowed inside.
 
All pets are allowed on the patio, leashed, behaved, and under the control of their handler at all times. Pets are not allowed on chairs, benches, tables, or any furniture. Guests with pets must go directly to the patio from the parking lot using the sidewalk located west of our main entrance. Pets are strictly prohibited inside the building.
 
Service animals are welcome anywhere guests go, and must also be on a leash, harness, or tether- or under voice or signal control if the disability prevents using the above-mentioned devices.
 
Every step forward comes with State and local rules we must follow.

Gypsum, you blew us away! Thanks to your incredible support, Barley + Salt completely sold out of food last night.

We are still in our “soft opening” period and in order to make sure we can keep serving up the quality you expect, our kitchen (Gypsum only) is closed today, Saturday, so our team can prep, restock, and reset.

We will be back open and ready to feed you tomorrow, Sunday! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and overwhelming support—we can’t wait to see you again tomorrow 2PM- close.

We’ll keep you posted on our soft opening hours, but here is where we currently stand:

Sunday 2PM - close
Mon-Weds 3PM - 8PM.
