Welcome to the launch of the Mortalis Elixir Society. We’re delivering the most legendary releases straight from our brewhouse to your doorstep every month with our new society program. As a member of the society, you’ll score an exclusive rotating lineup of what we love brewing most: juicy fruited smoothie sours, hazy double/triple/quadruple IPAs, decadent imperial stouts, and even some crisp lagers to keep things balanced. We are opening the society to only 100 members so spots are extremely limited.

Each shipment brings 10–12 fresh Mortalis beers—new drops fresh off the tanks, returning fan favorites, and occasionally, limited releases that usually vanish fast. Pause or cancel your membership at any time with no string attached. Its beer built for sharing stories, chasing dreams, and reminding us all that we’re Mortalis.

We hope you will join us in growing our first official club.

This Double IPA was brewed with our friends at King State to celebrate Underoath’s 20th anniversary of the They're Only Chasing Safety album. We hopped it with Citra and Freestyle Peacharine, which give notes of intense citrus, sweet peaches, and a hint of lime zest.�“It’s dangerous business walking out your front door.” (16oz Cans, 4-packs)

Ares | Nectaron (Double IPA)
This Double IPA is a blast, brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Nectaron, which really brings out the dry hop’s flavor. Ares has a smooth mouthfeel and is bursting with tropical fruit notes, but be careful—Ares is the God of War! (16oz Cans, 4-packs)

Spend your Sunday afternoon with us at the FLX/Avon taproom for a guided beer & cheese pairing featuring Oakfield Artisanal—an award-winning farmstead creamery just outside Batavia specializing in handcrafted Mexican-style cheeses.

Their handcrafted Oaxaca, Queso Fresco, and Chihuahua cheeses will be paired alongside a specially selected Mortalis flight, plus thoughtful accompaniments to round everything out.

Members of Oakfield Artisanal’s cheese program will be on site to talk all things cheese, farming, craftsmanship, and pairing philosophy, and they’ll also have cheese available for purchase.

Barrel Aged Chaos (Metallic Purple Wax)
This Imperial Stout was aged 16 months in Wild Turkey barrels. Then, we conditioned the beer on local beans from Fuego Coffee Roaster and chocolate. The result is waves of fudge, charred oak, and a hint of roast.

Demihydra | Blackberry + Blueberry + Coconut + Vanilla (Gluten Free Fruited Sour) This Gluten-Free Fruited Sour is focused on the lighter side of fruit and flavor. This version blends blackberry, blueberry, coconut, and vanilla to create a lower ABV, lighter-bodied, and easier-drinking version of our beloved Hydra Smoothies. (16oz Cans, 4-packs)

OldManBearMa | Idaho7 (Double IPA)
This Double IPA starts with a blend of Citra and Simcoe hops. The base then receives a large addition of Idaho7 hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. Super juicy ripe fruit mixed with a soft pillow mouthfeel. (16oz Cans, 4-packs)

Strange Philosophies 111 (Double IPA)
This Double IPA is part of our exploration series. Too often, we become complacent and forget to push the boundaries and search the unending hop combinations to find a stroke of genius. Time to get back to class! This version features HBC 638 and Idaho 7 hops. (16oz Cans, 4-packs)

VIP Tours After 7 (Double IPA)
This Double IPA was brewed with our friends at Vitamin Sea Brewing. Hopped with Sabro, Nelson, Idaho 7, and a touch of Cascade to achieve saturated flavors of tangerine, coconut, citrus, stone fruit, and gooseberries. Brewed in remembrance of basement brewery tours after 7 pm in the early days of VSB. (16oz Cans, 4-packs)

An imperial cream ale brewed with our favorite peeps from Carton Brewing. Loads of coffee and milk sugar lend to a finish of cream, rum, pecans, and a hint of chocolate. The concept implies that the visible stars in the sky are linked to life on Earth and that the microcosm and the macrocosm are connected. The human world is related to the larger universe. This Imperial Stout is the base used in our Mama Lor's Cafe collaboration that was conditioned on Almond cookies. For this version, we conditioned the beer on golden double stuff cookies. (500ml Bottles)
