We’re hiring Level II Grain Elevator Operators to join our operations teams.

In this role, you’ll be:
• Receiving and loading grain trucks
• Monitoring grain quality and condition
• Operating and maintaining elevator equipment
• Keeping the facility clean, safe, and running efficiently
• Working directly with drivers and customers

This is fast-paced, physical work that plays a key role in moving grain through the supply chain during harvest.

It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since we lost Floyd. He was a consistently positive force at Howlett Farms for nearly 15 years, taking immense pride in his work and delivering every load with care, respect, and precision. Floyd was one of those people; if you knew him, you loved him.

Floyd’s boys continue to shine. They thrive in the same way he did, through consistency, tenacity, and dedication. They too, are a moving force for our farm. We still talk about Floyd frequently, telling stories and remembering him fondly. We still hear his laugh, feel his presence in the shop, and remember his simple but powerful words of wisdom.

We miss him deeply, but his impact continues to shine through his family and our team. Ride easy, Floyd.

We were honored to be a part of the New York Corn and Soybean Growers Association’s 2026 Winter Expo.
