Back to school means back to being busy. But don’t stress. Here’s how we can help you keep dinner one less thing to worry about.

Our house-made Pork & Beef Meatballs can easily turn into spaghetti and meatballs on a school night. They’re ready to go - just warm them up in your favorite tomato sauce and toss with pasta. You can also eat them plain with sauce - it’s high protein, low carb, and no judgment.

For the after school crash, grab our Pimento Cheese…and snack time is solved. Serve it with crackers, celery, or whatever is on hand.

And for lunch…our sliced Turkey Breast and Smoked Sweetheart Ham is cut fresh in-house and makes packing the lunch box the easy part of the morning.

Then there’s our Beef Bolognese Blend…it’s all the meat you need for a rich, hearty sauce. Grass-Fed Beef ground with our Pancetta, It’s not fast, but it’s forgiving. Get it going on the stove, go do homework, and dinner’s ready when you are.

Our Korean-style Chicken Sausage goes two ways…smash it into chicken burgers, or keep it light and serve in a lettuce wrap topped with cashews. Either way, dinner is done in minutes.

Bacon Jam is one of our favorite ways to use every bit of our heritage bacon. When we cut those neat, uniform strips everyone loves, we’re left with ends and trim that are just as smoky, rich, and delicious as the slices. Rather than committing the blasphemy of wasting them, we cook them down into something entirely new.

We slow-cook bacon trim with onions, garlic, c***r vinegar, molasses, and spices until it becomes a deeply savory, slightly sweet spread.

It’s incredible on burgers, piled onto grilled cheese, stirred into potlikker, or spooned over eggs and biscuits.
