A new small batch release on the tasting menu this week: Castana 2021. This special small batch wine is made in a non-typical 'nouveau' style red made from a field blend of barbera, corvina veronese,petit verdot, marselan, nebbiolo, etc., grown and bottled on this farm. We hope very much that you enjoy it.
