Happy Friday!

Today we're excited to release a brand new b**r, Cryoshock Infinite Cold IPA!

Ryan previously brewed Cryoshock 1 & 2, limiting himself to only Cryo hops. While that was amazing, it restricted his hop choices to only 15–25 varieties. Moving forward, each batch of Cryoshock Infinite will break him from these self-forged shackles of oppression and give him the freedom to use any cool new hop or hop product that he wants!

For this first batch he's opted to use Lupomax Azacca, Krush, Anchovy, and Strata hops. Strata is a brand new hop for us and this is the first b**r it's ever been used in. There's tons of strawberry, raspberry, and guava notes in this b**r with a refreshing dank bite in the finish.

For those unfamiliar with Cold IPA's, they are the polar opposite of a hazy IPA. Whereas hazy IPAs get the majority of their flavor from the yeast and malts, Cold IPAs have little to no flavor from yeast or malt so that the specific hop varieties lend most of the flavor to the b**r.

Happy Wednesday!

Today we're tapping about 12 gallons of Untitled Gose Game with Fruity Pebbles in it!

If you haven't had this version of the gose before it tastes like lemonade infused with Fruity Pebbles, making it super easy to drink.

This one is on draft only so come try a glass before it's gone!

Hello everyone and happy October already! This year is flying by, but the fall brings better weather, which brings bigger b**rs. Last week, we dropped two new options perfect for fall. First is this year's barrel-aged Ichabod Crane's Nightmare Pumpkin Mocha Latte Imperial Stout. The second is Traverse Town, the next b**r in our Kingdom Hops series. This is our Destiny Islands Hawaiian stout. This b**r has Kona Coffee, Criollo & Hamakua cacao nibs, and cocoa winnowings all from our friends at Puna Chocolate, which we released last year, but barrel-aged for 18 months.

We're also on our very last kegs of Bonus Fruit, Mango is Appalled, and Pineaperture, so come in and grab them before they're gone!

Happy Friday!

A few quick announcements for everyone. We'll be closing at 8pm tonight so that we can get prepped for WWW Fest tomorrow!

Today's Flagship Friday b**r is Legend of Zymur double IPA. Show the coupon in the app to get $3 off unlimited 4-packs all night.

Tomorrow's main focus is 5 new sour b**rs and 5 barrel aged b**rs, including the release of Traverse Town Barrel Aged Hawaiian Imperial Stout, but we've got tons of fun stuff planned for everyone.

We've got Caked bakery setup with treats in the back, and Docs Hot Dogs from about 2pm-8pm.

We'll have the Lunchable stacking competition running from Noon until about 6pm, the NES World Championship semi-finals and Finals starting at 2:30, and 90's trivia at 6pm.

We'll also have tons of fun activities like build your own Trapper Keeper, Capri Sun Co****le, POGs, 8-Bit Aleworks mad libs, cool giveaways and more. You'll have a 90's era blast so be sure to stop in tomorrow!

Hey everyone! As you can probably tell by all the new b**rs over the past few weeks, we’re keeping plenty busy, and today is no exception. We have another new release for you this week.

Despite the temperature outside, it’s pumpkin season, so joining the lineup today is our fall boss b**r, Ichabod Crane’s Nightmare.

For the uninitiated, this imperial stout is what happens when a basic pumpkin fan decides to level up. Chocolate, coffee, pumpkin, and Ryan’s blend of pie spices make for one beast of a brew.

Happy Friday!

It's finally time, we've got this year's batch of Sleepy Hollow's Revenge Pumpkin Pie Ale on tap and in 4-packs to-go.

This b**r is a labor of love. Ryan and Krystina wake up early and roast 200 pounds of pumpkin in the pizza ovens at Parry's Pizza in Avondale to get it ready for the pumpkin b**rs, then Ryan adds a secret blend of pumpkin pie spices (ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and 2 kinds of cinnamon).

The result is pumpkin pie in a glass.

Happy Wednesday!

Ryan managed to get his hands on fresh hops again this year thanks to help from Yakima Valley Hops and CLS Farms! At this time yesterday, these hops were still on a vine in Yakima.

This year he's got fresh picked Dolcita hops which are the new ones he used in Bonus Fruit this year to give it fruit salad notes.

He's already hard at work infusing a keg each of Hopsassin's Creed, Legend of Zymur, and Bonus Fruit so that they're ready to tap right at open today.

If you've never had a fresh/wet hopped b**r be sure to come in to try one tonight. These are fairly rare outside of hop growing states and at their best the day they are tapped.

Happy Saturday!

Today we're tapping a fan favorite version of Untitled Gose Game, Fruit Punch Kool Aid!

It's been a couple years since we've done this version so we expect it to go quickly.

The sourness of the gose blends perfectly with the sweetness of the fruit punch to create a b**r that tastes like a fruit punch sour patch kid that's perfect for the summer heat.

This version is available on tap only (no cans, but we can fill growlers).
