🥩 No lettuce needed when the salad looks like THIS.

Tonight’s bowl started with Palmetto Fresh Meats ribeyes, marinated in soy sauce, grilled, and sliced up tender and juicy.

Then I loaded it up with:
🔥 Crispy rice seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil & MSG
🌽 Roasted fresh corn
🍑 Fresh sliced nectarine
🥒 Thinly sliced cucumber marinated in mirin, soy sauce, chili oil & garlic sauce

Finished with a light drizzle of hot honey for that little hit of sweet heat.

Savory, sweet, spicy, fresh, crispy—and that ribeye makes the whole thing a MEAL.

Who says a salad needs lettuce? 👀🥩
