I had my frist ever ICS showing at the South Carolina state championships and placed 2nd. The next day had my second ICS at kegs and eggs. Placed 1st and another 2nd. Got the golden ticket to compete at the world championships this fall in Myrtle Beach. Sold 34 bottles of bbq sauce. Great weekend.

These Orange Tamari lollipops came out amazing. This sauce will be added soon to the Symphony BBQ sauce lineup.

Fried Jalapeño strips

Slice one into four strips and remove insides. Pour beer until bater is slightly thick. Dip in batter and fry 350 for four minutes. Dip in Symphony Cranberry Chipotle sauce.

Light beer
1C flour
1/4C cornstarch
1t salt
1t black pepper
2T garlic powder
2T onion powder
2T paprika
1T sugar

This was eyeballed and might not exactly right. I’ll confirm another day but these where really good. Max says 10 out of 10.
