❤️🤍❤️🤍 This is a puppy we are fostering! She was fixing to be euthanized so we brought her into our home right before the birth of our baby. Please help to share her so she can find her FURever family!

Our 10-year-old girl helped us say farewell to two sweet doelings who were born this year. They are off to a new home now!

They are going to be raised by an almost 10-year-old fella in 4-H Club to become dairy goats next year. Good luck, buddy!

There is new life on the homestead today at a time we were not expecting (and so soon to when we are expecting our own baby!). After a long appointment for our baby and a caseworker visit I saw Rosie and knew it was time!
I quickly grabbed the iodine, molasses water, nutri-drench, and towels and the kids came quickly!

Rosie was a first freshener and did a fabulous job. They are precious. 🥰

They’re such precious animals!

We have some chicks in the brooder, eggs in the incubator, and plans to make a “forest coop” for bug control in the woods for them. 🐣
Our Guineas refuse to stay in the woods and want to hang out in the barnyard area up front. They fancy themselves as loud chickens, I believe.

What a magnificent day to hike, count spiderwebs (we made it to 50!), visit with the farm animals, begin our water unit (today we learned about rivers and streams), and socialize with friends!
Natureschool is an engaging and active way to learn about our world for the 3 through 8-year-olds.

It is going to be a great 2023-2024 school year!
