1. Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Ingredients:
12 slider buns
1 lb thinly sliced steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
6 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley, optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, onion, and bell peppers and cook until the steak is browned and vegetables are tender. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Slice buns in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish. Top with the steak mixture and provolone cheese, then cover with the bun tops. Brush with melted butter and bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
2. Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sliders
Ingredients:
12 slider buns
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated Parmesan, for topping
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Spread the mixture over the bottom buns in a baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and place the bun tops over the filling. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the buns. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
3. Cheesy Chicken Bacon Sliders
Ingredients:
12 slider buns
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
⅓ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Spread the mixture over the bottom buns in a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and place the bun tops over the filling. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, then brush over the tops of the buns. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
