It's been a while since we shared a recipe so here goes. Simple as can be and works geeat with a few different of our cuts. I started with our Blade Tenderized Cubed Steak this time but you can substitute Sirloin, Shaved Beef or even the lean ground beef. Thaw and slice thin. Soak in Worstshire sauce while you chop the Green Pepper and Onion. Skillet on medium, melt some butter and add the Beef. After is starts to brown add the veggies. I get my Philly flavor from some Lawry's Seasoned Salt along with the peppers and onions. Served on a toasted sourdough with some provolone. Prefect dinner.
