Bluegrass Breeze Farms Bluegrass Breeze Farms offers high quality, registered Myotonic goats and quality Angus beef cattle.

Located in North Central, Kentucky, Bluegrass Breeze Farms has been offering quality goats for nearly 10 years. We breed both Myotonic (fainting) goats and Nigerian Dwarf goats. We are members of the Myotonic Goat Registry (MGR) and the Livestock Conservancy. We seek to provide goats that are correct in structure, gentle in temperament, and beautiful in appearance. We offer both registered goats and pet quality animals (when available.)

Just over a week ago we were fortunate to bring home two beautiful doelings. I can’t thank Colleen Reardon and Bob Lorenz at Naughty Goat Acres enough for these beautiful girls. They are settling in nicely and getting curious about us and the rest of the herd. We are excited to see them grow and hopefully get them in the show ring.

We recently attended the Ag and You day event put on by Shelby County Extension Services. 4 of our Junior does spent the day being showered with attention by 5th graders. It was a privilege to represent the breed and educate students about goats in general and specifically about the Myotonic goats.

I had a wonderful weekend at the MGR Fall Finale and the National Show. It was great to see friends and make new friends. It was also fun to see those beautiful goats. Not everyone can win in a show but the competition is friendly and the atmosphere like coming home to family. Congratulations to all who brought their goats to compete and special congratulations to those who won. Now to complete breeding for spring babies and look forward to seeing everyone in the Spring.
