We are locally owned and operated in beautiful Bailey, Colorado! We specialize in old-fashioned homemade ice cream with a modern twist…we love to combine the old-fashioned taste and feel with new and fun flavors such as Candied Maple Bacon, Key Lime Pie, Lemon Blueberry Crumble, Chocolate Covered Cherry, and more! Each weekend we are open we will feature our classic Vanilla Bean(with real vanilla
beans), Chocolate, Cookies n Creme, and a specialty flavor or two of the week. We will also be offering a homemade sorbet flavor each week that will be made without dairy ingredients. We make our ice cream fresh and churn it using a 1938 Hit n Miss engine. It’s a little piece of history that started out in the US Treasury Department back in 1938 and it now churns up a delicious treat each weekend.
