Although we have a bigger harvester to get most of the plant, we have to sometimes go through and clean up and reshape some of the plants so they grow better next year!

This amazing machine is what we use to harvest the lavender! It makes harvesting faster and easier for the team. It’s actually a green tea harvester but it can be used to harvest lavender as well!!

Ever wonder who puts the most work in on the farm? The answer is.. all of the amazing pollinators! From the bees to butterflies, these guys work all day ensuring cross pollination occurs! These cute little creatures also give the fields a peaceful buzzing sound. Come on by to give it a listen!! 🐝💜🦋
