I don't have a set list of food items or budgets to choose from - I collaborate with you to decide what works for your event and budget, allowing each event to stand out on its own.

Reflecting on a successful and VERY busy weekend at The Fig commissary kitchen. Between Wild Roots Culinary Healing, Frease Catering, Coppetta Gelato - Bainbridge Island and Fig & Spice (along with the invaluable assistance of Christy Tyler!), we managed to prep, store, and serve delicious food for nearly 1,000 people. Kudos to everyone for fantastic teamwork!!! Now, back to the kitchen! ♥

Friends and clients always comment around this time of year, "You must be entering your busy season!". After have fed close to 700 people since Thursday, that's a pretty accurate statement... It's funny how this next weekend is closer to 200, and I'm thinking to myself, "Oh, good - a little bit of a break!" 🙃

Father’s Day just got a whole lot sweeter! Not only will we have Jason Meeks playing on our patio Sunday from 2 to 4 PM, we will also have gelato from Coppetta Gelato for $5. Bring the whole family and enjoy wine, gelato and music!

Sometimes, running a commissary kitchen can be difficult and demanding. Case in point: the newest culinary artist to join our kitchen is Casey, owner of Coppetta Gelato - Bainbridge Island. She has been testing a few recipes each week in anticipation of her grand opening, and so the kitchen crew is CONSTANTLY having to force ourselves to try new flavors of her delicious, silky, out-of-this-world gelato... But, sometimes you have to do things as a show of support 😆 She opens in just over a month, and I can't wait for you to try her amazing creations!
