Highside Distilling A small family owned and operated craft distillery in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, making Single Malt Whiskey, Gin, and Amaro. Bainbridge Island, WA.

Inspired by a trip to the Highlands and Speyside regions of Scotland and the craft beverage culture of the Pacific Northwest, the idea for Highside Distilling was born. Our mission is to provide a uniquely Pacific Northwest experience to the time-honored craft of fermentation, distillation, and aging of spirits. Whether it be Single Malt Whiskey, Gin, or Amaro, all of our products are a nod to tradition, with a unique character that captures and defines the spirit of this great region.

Our single malt blends the old world tradition of single malt scotch with the craft beer culture here in the Pacific Northwest - a beer mash, locally grown and malted barley, a mash bill from an old homebrew recipe of mine and my Dads. Then double pot distilled and aged in American Oak. Same old-world method, our own backyard. 🥃 ”
