At Eleven Winery, we're all about making great wine, and making it fun! We believe the better the wine, the more fun you'll have. We produce a wide range of wines, something for every palate. Our Bainbridge Island tasting room is just steps from the Seattle ferry on Winslow Way and our winery is an easy visit on bike.

Wanna come work with this crew? 🍷😎

We're hiring, and yes, these could be your new coworkers. Lucky you!

Eleven W**ery is looking for our next Happiness Engineer to join the fun at our Day Road W**ery and Winslow Way Tasting Room on Bainbridge Island.

What's a Happiness Engineer? Part w**e enthusiast, part people person, part professional good-time creator. Basically, someone who loves making people feel welcome and knows how to have fun while getting things done.

Here's the scoop:
🍷 Part-time with opportunities for extra hours
💰 $21/hour + tips & bonuses
❤️ Benefits, including health insurance
🎉 Fun coworkers included at no additional charge!

W**e knowledge is a plus, but a great personality, a strong work ethic, and a love for people are what we're after.

Think you'd fit right in with this bunch? Check out the full job description https://www.elevenw**ery.com/news/were-hiring-happiness-engineer.

And if you know someone who belongs in this photo next year, tag them! 😉

Bainbridge, you sure know how to make us feel loved!

We are beyond grateful to have been voted Best W**ery in the 2026 Best of Bainbridge! And as if that wasn't enough to make our day, we were also named finalists in two other categories!

🏆 WINNER: Best W**ery
🎶 FINALIST: Best Live Music Venue
🌎 FINALIST: Best Earth Friendly Business

To everyone who voted, visited, brought friends, attended an event, supported our team, or simply cheered us on, THANK YOU!

We're lucky to be part of a community that supports local businesses and makes doing what we love so much fun.

From all of us at Eleven, thank you for letting us be part of your celebrations, friendships, and everyday moments.

Orange W**e Day feels like the perfect time to clear something up: No oranges were harmed in the making of this w**e.

Our 2024 Viognier “O” starts with white Viognier grapes, but we make it more like a red w**e, fermenting it on the skins for 16 days. That skin contact gives it more texture, bigger aromatics, and a whole lot of personality. Think peach, ripe stone fruit, florals, spice and a little beeswax.

It’s weird. It’s wonderful. It’s a little hard to explain. Which is exactly why we love it!

Happy Orange W**e Day to everyone who likes their w**e a little outside the lines.

Absolutely nobody:

A w**e tasting 20 minutes in: “So anyway, that’s how I ended up banned from the neighborhood Facebook group.” 🍷😂

W**e brings people together. Sometimes it also brings out stories that should have stayed at home.
