Join Eleven Winery and Borravino Wine Tours for an unforgettable journey through the heart of Spanish wine, April 1–11, 2027.

We'll explore Madrid, Segovia, Rueda, Ribera del Duero, and Rioja, tasting our way through some of Spain's most celebrated wine regions. Along the way, we'll wander UNESCO World Heritage cities, stay in historic castles, enjoy long lunches, and experience the people, places, and traditions that make these wines so special.

Some people celebrate World Bicycle Day with a casual ride.

Not Matt! He celebrated a little early by riding across Washington.

This photo was taken after completing the XWA, the Cross-Washington Mountain Bike Route, a 700+ mile adventure that crosses the state from east to west.

Cycling has always been part of Eleven's DNA. From supporting bicycle-focused nonprofits like World Bicycle Relief and Bike Works Seattle through our Ratio: Blanco and Ratio: Rosso wine donation to cheering on riders tackling big goals, we're proud to be part of a community that believes life is better on two wheels.

Meet Celia!

When she's not pouring wine at the winery or our Winslow Way Tasting Room, she's busy cheering at football and softball games, shuttling kids to horseback riding lessons and dirt bike races, leading an elementary school garden club, and helping students thrive as a Special Education paraeducator specializing in social-emotional learning and behavior.

A Kitsap Master Gardener and proud golden retriever mom, Celia loves garden projects, long walks on the beach, camping, hiking, puzzling, and traveling, especially if there's a beach involved.

If you've met Celia, you've probably experienced her warmth, kindness, and calm presence. We're lucky to have her as part of the Eleven team.

It’s Fun Fact Friday with Forrest! 🚀🍷

In 2019, 12 bottles of Bordeaux wine were sent to the International Space Station to help researchers study how space conditions could impact future agriculture and climate change here on Earth.

The bottles spent 14 months orbiting Earth before returning for tasting comparisons. Tasters said the space-aged wine came back softer and more aromatic than the bottle aged normally.

Honestly, Forrest bringing this up only made us more convinced we should launch a Syrah into orbit. For science, obviously.

In the meantime, while you’re still here on Earth, come taste our Bordeaux blend, La Ronde.

We’re hiring a Happiness Engineer for our Bainbridge Island Winery & Tasting Room. Translation: pouring wine, chatting with guests, keeping the vibes high, and occasionally becoming part therapist, part tour guide, part snack recommender.

All Eleven Winery locations are open normal hours on Memorial Day, so you can swing by for a glass, a bottle, or your “I’m just stopping in for one tasting” that somehow turns into a bottle and snacks.

Whether you’re headed out on the boat, firing up the grill, or pretending the laundry pile doesn’t exist, swing by and stock up before the festivities. We’ll be here pouring all day.
