Can you say BEAUTIFUL?

We have sent some stunning mounts out the door recently and they are all thanks to our amazing taxidermists. They have been working hard and we sure can tell! 👏👏 We can't thank them enough for their talent and dedication to quality items.

Our goal is to have all early season and archery mounts including elk and bear orders by the end of July. 🎯

Please note our upcoming (and well deserved 😉) vacation:
We will be closed beginning 6/28 and remain closed until normal business hours on 7/7.

Our Spring and Summer hours are:
Sunday- closed
Monday- closed
Tuesday- 9am-5pm
Wednesday- 9am-Noon
Thursday- 9am-5pm
Friday- 9am-5pm
Saturday- 9am-Noon

Who else is enjoying this sunshine and warmer weather? 🌞 I know we are!

We have kept busy and are happy to be sending some beautiful finished mounts out to their forever homes. Youth weekend and early season deer are being distributed to taxidermists now.

Please remember our typical turn around for completed items.

Shoulder/life-size mounts: 12-15 months
Soft tan furs: early fall
Buckskin leathers: 16-18 months

Euro mounts are completed and multiple calls have been made. These must be picked up no later than noon on Wednesday 5/20.

All completed taxidermy or fur items have a 2 week pick-up requirement unless we have discussed other arrangements in advance.

Howdy Friends!

We have been working hard this spring and are excited to share that we have finished tanning capes for mounts and (almost) all the forms for shoulder mounts have arrived!

Please be expecting a phone call to collect deposits if you have not already left one.

If you try to call us, please be aware our phones are still acting up. Just leave us a voicemail and we will call you back 😊

All Euro mounts should be picked up (deadline was Wednesday 4/15 😉) unless other arrangements have been made.

We would also like to inform you that we are implementing a 2 week pick up policy for all taxidermy and fur orders.

We will call you upon completion of your trophies and typically call with a reminder about a week later. Please be aware of our time, space, and expense involved when we call with completed mount or fur items.

As always, we appreciate each of our customers and appreciate your patience. Our typical turnaround is 12-15 months on all items. Please be aware that some products are completed sooner and others take a little longer but our goal is to stay in this time frame while bringing you top quality products.

Hey Y'all--

ALL EURO MOUNTS ARE DONE! Can you spot the new glow paint?🤭🤭

We are working on phone calls-- if you haven't received one yet then it is coming! (Make sure to save our number and check those voicemails😉)

For your convenience, we are extending our hours this week!

We will be open:
Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday 9am-Noon
Sunday- Noon-3 (4/12 ONLY)
Monday- 9am-5pm (4/13 ONLY)

All heads need picked up by Noon on 4/15! If you can't be here before then, please let us know.

We have heard from a few of you and we really appreciate the heads up 🙏

We accept multiple forms of payment and have rack brackets in stock for purchase if needed.

Things are moving right along here at Bakers Camp.

Whitened Euro heads are done and first calls have been made. (Remember to add our number and check your voicemail 😉)

Most hydrograpic Euro heads are done and have been called. However, some patterns were on backorder. Those have arrived and are being completed! We will get those customers called as soon as they are ready.

**IMPORTANT DATE ANNOUNCEMENT**

🗓April 10th will be our last day of accepting caped deer until the start of the 2026-2027 season.
We will have all prep work done and be working on our last batch of tanning at that time. Once that is finished we will NOT accept any WT shoulder mount capes until youth weekend 2026.

As always, we hope everyone is doing well and ready for the warmer temps that are (hopefully🤞) headed our way!

Wow! Isn't today beautiful? ☀️

The warmer temps are definitely welcome around here!
We are moving right along with our spring time work and the sunshine definitely perked us all up!

● Whitened Euro heads are nearing completion and we will be calling customers for those soon!
● Hydro dipped Euro heads will be started next week and should be finished up around the end of March.
** we will NOT accept anymore heads for Euro mounts until fall**
● Furs for soft tans and leather are dried, crated, and ready to be shipped.
** we will not accept any more furs for soft tanning or leather until fall**
● Shoulder mount hides are being split, turned, tanned, and oiled for the mounting process. We will be ordering those forms soon!

DON'T FORGET: we have Bakers Camp Blend deer feed featuring Xtreme Tine Candy Mineral available! $25 per 50 lb bag.

We hope everyone has been able to enjoy the sunshine and we look forward to seeing some of you soon to retrieve your trophies ☀️
