Bakers Camp Club Cards Are Now Available!

Want to guarantee your spot at Bakers Camp this hunting season? Our exclusive Club Cards are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 50 cards are available!

Club Card Benefits

Each card is valid for ONE hunter and guarantees:

One taxidermy item—even if we hit our seasonal quota.
Deer processing—even if we have halted general intakes.
10% off your service when redeeming your card benefits.
Complete peace of mind knowing your harvest is secured.


Pricing

1st Card: $250 paid by card | $225 paid by cash or check
2nd Card: $150 paid by card | $125 paid by cash or check
Repeat this cost pattern for any additional cards.


How to Purchase & Important Rules

Buy in-person or by phone: You must call or visit the office to purchase.

Payment required: Cards cannot be held via Facebook comments, Facebook messages, or email. Your spot is only secured once payment is received.

Bring your card: You must present the physical Club Card to redeem your benefits.

Your card is YOUR card: Benefits of the card can’t be transferred to another individual.


Current Availability

We only have approximately 175 standard shoulder-mount spots available for the remainder of the season (this does not include the 50 Club Card spots)!

FAQ—What do I need to do prior to arrival to your business?

1. Fill out your temporary tag immediately upon harvesting the deer in the field.

2. Complete the electronic check-in using Go Outdoors Indiana website, mobile app, or telephone.

3. Write the official confirmation number generated by the system directly onto your paper transportation tag.

4. Physically attach the tag to the deer before loading it into a vehicle or leaving it unattended.

5. We will ask for that confirmation number and that’s it!

This weekend we are open 9 AM - 9 PM for our youth hunters and their families!

This week is our last week of summer hours before opening for archery hours SO it looks a little funky!

Monday 9/28 — 9 AM-noon
Tuesday 9/29 — 9 AM-5 PM
Wednesday 9/30 — 9 AM-noon
Thursday 10/1 — 9 AM-9 PM
Friday 10/2 — 9 AM-9 PM

Starting October 1st, our hours will be:
Sunday — 12 noon-9 PM
Monday-Saturday 9 AM-9 PM
Until further notice.

Always feel free to call before traveling to confirm we’re open. If we’re helping another customer, our open hours will be listed on our voicemail.

Good Luck Youth Hunters—we’re praying for safe and successful hunts! We cannot wait to see you and hear success stories or your “we almost had him” stories! Either way, we hope that it’s a relaxing weekend with lots of memories made and traditions kept!

Happy September 🍂

Hard to believe the time has come again to purchase ginseng. We are currently purchasing ginseng for the 2026 season!

Our buckskin leather items have arrived and calls have been made.

Soft tanned fur items are still in progress but we hope to get those soon!

Our current hours are:
Sunday and Monday: closed
Tuesday: 9-5
Wednesday: 9-Noon
Thursday and Friday: 9-5
Saturday: 9-Noon

Can you say BEAUTIFUL?

We have sent some stunning mounts out the door recently and they are all thanks to our amazing taxidermists. They have been working hard and we sure can tell! 👏👏 We can't thank them enough for their talent and dedication to quality items.

Our goal is to have all early season and archery mounts including elk and bear orders by the end of July. 🎯

Please note our upcoming (and well deserved 😉) vacation:
We will be closed beginning 6/28 and remain closed until normal business hours on 7/7.

Our Spring and Summer hours are:
Sunday- closed
Monday- closed
Tuesday- 9am-5pm
Wednesday- 9am-Noon
Thursday- 9am-5pm
Friday- 9am-5pm
Saturday- 9am-Noon

Who else is enjoying this sunshine and warmer weather? 🌞 I know we are!

We have kept busy and are happy to be sending some beautiful finished mounts out to their forever homes. Youth weekend and early season deer are being distributed to taxidermists now.

Please remember our typical turn around for completed items.

Shoulder/life-size mounts: 12-15 months
Soft tan furs: early fall
Buckskin leathers: 16-18 months

Euro mounts are completed and multiple calls have been made. These must be picked up no later than noon on Wednesday 5/20.

All completed taxidermy or fur items have a 2 week pick-up requirement unless we have discussed other arrangements in advance.
