This year’s accolades at the Delaware County Fair! Blue Ribbon for Maple Fudge, Blue Ribbon for Maple Granulated Sugar(2 years in a row), 3rd Place Ribbon for Maple Cream, 3rd Place Ribbon for Dark Robust Maple Syrup, and Honorable Mention Ribbon for Extra Dark Maple Syrup! Anna and I are truly blessed and continue to move our Maple Operations forward. This year, we are planning a Sugar Bush expansion in order to keep up with our increasing Maple Syrup/Product demands! Huge shout out to our beloved customers and Thank You!

1 week away for The Delaware County Fair! This year, in addition to our full Maple Ice Cream menu and Maple Ice Cream Floats, we will feature Maple Lemonade and Filled Maple Churros! All made with our Blue Ribbon Awarded Maple Sugar! Lemonade is squeezed fresh and Churros are fried on premise with our own dough recipe! Of course all our maple products will be available and are freshly made! Maple Candy, Maple Cream, Maple Fudge, Maple Cotton Candy, Maple PepperSalt Spices, Maple Hot Sauce and BBQ Sauce, and of course Maple Syrup!

Today, our trusted friend, Sinzibukwud was sold and picked up. Off to Vermont you go to produce more Maple Syrup. Our sugar bush will be expanding and we out grew the little guy! Stay tuned for the bigger and better Sinzibukwud II……

Our classic French Toast and Breakfast Tacos are always a grand slam hit every weekend during brunch! Cheesy scrambled eggs with bacon AND sausage links inside two corn and flour tortillas, with a drizzle of bacon infused maple syrup on top with a side tater tots! And our French Toast cooked fresh on the flat top until crispy, with cheesy scrambled eggs and bacon as well and a side of maple syrup! Only the best local ingredients make the best meals!
