🍁 Our 2026 Event Season Has Wrapped Up — But Our Farm Store Is Still Open! 🍁

A big thank you to everyone who came out to see us this year! We especially love seeing so many familiar faces following us from event to event for our maple ice cream floats, sundaes, and all our maple goodies. 🍦🍁

It’s been a wonderful season, and we truly appreciate all the support, conversations, and enthusiasm for what we do.

And while our event season has come to an end, our Grassbrook Farms store is still open! Stop by for our maple syrup and other maple products 9am to 7pm daily.

October is here, the leaves are turning, and we have a full weekend of fall ahead!
Saturday, October 10th, we’ll be at the Walton Fall Market, and then on Sunday, October 11th, we’re heading to Deposit Oktoberfest.
We’ll be bringing plenty of our Grassbrook Farms maple favorites — pure New York maple syrup, maple cream, maple candy, maple sugar and more. It’s also a great time to start thinking about maple gifts for the holidays. (Yes, they’ll be here before we know it!)
And if you’re looking for something to enjoy while you wander the festival, stop by for one of our Maple Ice Cream Floats. Our Coffee Maple Ice Cream Float has quickly become a favorite, and we’ll have our soda floats too.
So come spend a fall day with us — or make a weekend of it and visit us at both!

We’re excited to be joining Applefest in Greene for the first time! Saturday October 26 9AM-4PM!

Come hungry — we’ll be serving up our maple ice cream in cones, cups, floats and sundaes, along with plenty of Grassbrook Farms maple favorites including Maple Lemonade!

Apples, maple and a fall day in Greene — sounds pretty good to us.

Fall is almost here, and we’re getting excited about the events coming up!

We’ll be starting with The 11th Annual Autumn Open Air Market on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at General Clinton Park in Bainbridge, NY.

We’re also excited that the Skoolie Swarm will be there again this year. Last year, we really enjoyed learning more about bus and van life and getting to know such a fun community at the Open Air Market.

If you’re there, stop by and see us. We’ll have lots of our maple favorites with us

Thanks to everyone who reached out or shared our earlier post. We’ve been in contact with the individual, and it turned out to be an honest misunderstanding. Plans for restitution have been made. We really appreciate everyone looking out for us!

This year’s accolades at the Delaware County Fair! Blue Ribbon for Maple Fudge, Blue Ribbon for Maple Granulated Sugar(2 years in a row), 3rd Place Ribbon for Maple Cream, 3rd Place Ribbon for Dark Robust Maple Syrup, and Honorable Mention Ribbon for Extra Dark Maple Syrup! Anna and I are truly blessed and continue to move our Maple Operations forward. This year, we are planning a Sugar Bush expansion in order to keep up with our increasing Maple Syrup/Product demands! Huge shout out to our beloved customers and Thank You!

Today, our trusted friend, Sinzibukwud was sold and picked up. Off to Vermont you go to produce more Maple Syrup. Our sugar bush will be expanding and we out grew the little guy! Stay tuned for the bigger and better Sinzibukwud II……
