🍯 How do you know if you're buying good honey?

Here's a quick checklist:
✔️ Check the ingredients — ideally, it should simply say honey.
✔️ Look at how the honey is processed.
✔️ Know where your honey comes from.
✔️ Pay attention to flavor — different floral sources can create surprisingly different honey.
✔️ Don't be afraid of crystallization. Crystallized honey isn't spoiled honey. It's a natural process.

One of the biggest benefits of buying from a local beekeeper is knowing the person behind the jar and where your honey came from.

🌶️ We LOVE a good customer testimonial… especially when it involves Cowboy Candy.
