DeadOxRanch We're located on the South side of the beautiful Keating Valley, just a mile from Hiway 86, and 15 miles from Historic Baker City.

Mike and Janie Morrissey bought what was to become DeadOxRanch in 1989, and began a total renovation of the blighted property. They are the 4th owners since the property was "broken out" in about 1900. They have attempted to preserve the "aura" of an operating ranch, while bringing the facilities into the 21st century.
