I forgot to post last week but….. More improvements and additions happening at Pine Grove Farms! 🐴♥️

The other day, we added new hitching posts to make things a little easier and more convenient around the farm. We now have five hitching spots right near the barn, and five more are being placed near the tack building!

Little by little, we’re continuing to add, improve, and make Pine Grove Farms even better for our horses, boarders, riders, and lesson families. We’re so excited to see everything coming together! 🐎🌾

There’s always something happening around here, and we’re definitely not done yet! 😉

Today was pedicure day here at Pine Grove Farms! 🐴🩷

We had a busy day getting everyone’s feet taken care of, 6 horses were shod, 2 were trimmed, and of course Frank Junior, our mini donkey, and Rolex, Harper’s pony, got their trims too!

Lots of fresh feet around the farm today! 🐴🫏✨

These guys have been hard at it ALL day working on getting our new stalls put in the barn! 🐴🔨♥️

It’s so exciting watching Pine Grove Farms continue to grow and improve one project at a time. Every upgrade we make is with the comfort, safety, and care of both our horses and yours in mind. I can’t wait to see these stalls completely finished! 🥹🐴
So thankful for all the hard work going into making our farm even better! ♥️

Tonight we have an overnight friend! ♥️🐴

I’m not sure of his official name yet since his owners just got him tonight but with that big QT brand, I’ve been calling him Quentin. 😂☺️ He is such a sweet boy, and we’re happy to have him visiting Pine Grove Farms for the night! 😉♥️

What does this picture mean for Pine Grove Farms, you ask?! 🐴♥️

More fencing is going in to provide additional fenced pasture areas for both our equine and yours! Yippee!!!!!

This improvement is going to be so beneficial in so many ways! It gives us more options for pasture rotation, separation when needed, and plenty of safe space for the horses to enjoy.

Every improvement we make here at Pine Grove Farms is done with both our equine and your equine at heart. We are so excited to continue growing and improving the farm for every horse that calls Pine Grove Farms home, whether their stay is permanent or temporary! 🐴🌿♥️

🐴 Pine Grove Farms Spotlight of the Day Meet Mitchell, aka “Mitch”! 🐴

Mitch is our big, handsome, registered Appaloosa and has the special title of being the very first Appaloosa to ever call Pine Grove Farms home! 🤎

He is our go-to horse for beginners and truly has a heart of gold. Just this year, he has had not one, but two brand-new riders hop on his back. One of them had never ridden a horse before, and thanks to Mitch, you would have never known! ☺️

We have also had the pleasure of using Mitch for riding lessons, where his patience and gentle nature truly shine. He even gave pony rides at our daughter’s birthday party, making the celebration extra special! 🎉🐴

He is patient, dependable, gentle, and an absolute gentleman through and through. We are so lucky to have this big guy as part of our herd.

Around here, he is lovingly known as our beef cake and if you’ve met him, you know exactly why! 😂🐴🤎

We love you, Mitch!!

😂 The horses clearly thought their supervision was required while we installed the waterline for their new automatic waterers!

We may have had a few extra “helpers,” but it’ll all be worth it no more breaking ice this winter! 🙌🐴❄️ One more upgrade here at Pine Grove Farms to make winter chores a little easier and keep the horses happy and hydrated. ♥️

🐴 Meet the Horses 💛 Gauge 💛

Today, let’s meet Gauge, our handsome buckskin Quarter Horse gelding!

Gauge has been part of our family since he was just 4 months old, and somehow he is already 5 years old.

But the most special thing about Gauge is the bond he shares with Harper. 💕 He is her horse, and the connection between these two is something you just can’t put into words. He knows his girl, and she absolutely adores him.

It’s safe to say that Gauge is Harper’s heart horse. 🥹💛 There’s just something incredibly special about watching a little girl grow up alongside the horse who holds such a huge piece of her heart.

We can’t wait to see all the memories these two continue to make together here at Pine Grove Farms. 🐴🌻
