- Baked halibut with brown butter beurre blanc
- Potato leek soup with crispy shallots
- Orange braised carrots and parsnips
- Sautéed green beans
- Homemade garlic bread
- Baked fontina and baguette
- Black forest fudge brownies with semisweet ganache

All hail the kouign! 👑 This French pastry is called kouign-amann (pronounced “queen ah-mahn”) and features layer upon layer of sugary, buttery goodness.
