Cooking for the neighbors! The sous chef (Kevin Charette) and I prepared tonight’s menu:
- Baked halibut with brown butter beurre blanc
- Potato leek soup with crispy shallots
- Orange braised carrots and parsnips
- Sautéed green beans
- Homemade garlic bread
- Baked fontina and baguette
- Black forest fudge brownies with semisweet ganache
