Join us tomorrow for Small Business Saturday. There will be local vendors, food and Santa. What more could you ask for! If you are not familiar with pepper jams they are perfect to use in appetizers or to incorporate into your meals. I love pairing shrimp and Pineapple pepper jams together. It took about 15 min from freezer to table for my shrimp, pineapple, cashew, broccoli and pepper jam dinner. And it was delicious.

Delicious appetizer alert. Cherry Pepper Jam over warmed goat cheese, with a sprinkle of thyme finished with toasted walnuts. It can be served with a baguette or your favorite crackers.

Home Show starts tomorrow. You can find us in building 1. Our Jalapeno Candy is by far one of our fan favorites. We hand slice jalapenos, cook in a sweet pickle brine .
Each jar hold a pound of jalapenos. This is the perfect condiment for burgers, sandwiches, egg salad chicken salad, or nachos. We’ll have samples waiting for you!
