Autonomy Farms was created with the simple need of wanting something more. In our own search for seasonal produce, humanely raised meat and eggs, we realized the gap in the local marketplace. Our goal is to provide naturally raised meat, eggs and produce to the local community. Raising products that are honest, simple and pure. Join us on this journey as we unearth the possibilities.

Easy poached chicken is one of our favorite summer meal prep staples. Tender, juicy, and packed with protein, it’s perfect for tossing into salads, wraps, grain bowls, sandwiches, or enjoying on its own.

Save this method for later and keep it on hand all summer long!

✓ 1 pack Autonomy Farms chicken breast 
✓ 4 cups cold water
✓ 4 tsp salt
✓ Bring to a boil
✓ Flip, turn off heat, cover, and let sit 15 minutes
✓ Rest 10 minutes before slicing

Looking back at last Thursday’s Japanese Garden Table Dinner at Farmhouse at Descanso Gardens 🌿

An incredible evening filled with thoughtful dishes, beautiful atmosphere, and amazing collaboration from the chefs and local farms. So special seeing Autonomy Farms featured on the menu. Truly such an inspiring experience.
