Be sure to stop in either at the store in Gibsonia or the Monroeville Farmers Market this weekend!!! We have a whole bunch of new crops being harvested for the first time for the 2026 season!! When they first start out our supplies are very limited. Supply consistency comes with time and warmer weather as the crops mature!

For instance 90% of lettuce travels over 1,500 miles, transitions between storage facilities, temperature fluctuations, etc.

Ours is on the shelves within 48 hours of harvesting/washing/packaging.
