We’re excited to share that Midnight Farm will be participating in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade! ☘️🐴

On March 17th at 1:00 PM, our team, including a couple of our minis (a miniature horse and donkey), will be joining the celebration in downtown Lawrence. Midnight Farm is all about creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities to connect with animals, build confidence, and be part of the community, and this parade is a wonderful way to celebrate that mission!

Our RISE program is doing great things! They completed some re-certification golf cart driving at GoodLife's Midnight Farm! They participated in a self-advocacy lesson discussing how to be change agents in our society and reshaping outdated or false perceptions of people with a disability. Such a cool conversation with our groups!! They continue to provide beautiful artwork and encouragement to "Pictures on Purpose" at Saint Luke's Health System. They also launched an 8-week empowerment course with the WholePerson including a presentation from our nursing staff on flu prevention. Not to mention life skills, journaling, & more! This is incredible...well done!
