We truly have the best boarding family at Happy Hooves!
A couple weeks ago, we went on our longest vacation yet…5 days up on the north shore! It was a blast and just what we needed.
While we were gone 2 of the new kittens started to get sick. I got a message from our amazing house sitter/boarder letting me know…I was so thankful for that.
Not only was he trying to help with the sick kittens 2 of the other boarders brought stuff for the kittens as well.
It truly takes a village and I am beyond blessed to have all these folks apart of our boarding family!!!
I got the kittens to the vet Monday as soon as we returned and I’m glad to say they are back to there feisty selves 🤗

We have been SO busy that I keep forgetting to update everyone!
We have been slowly get the 4 news stalls built in the indoor arena! This past weekend we pushed through the heat to get the interior walls framed up 🤗. This coming weekend we’ll be building the divider walls for each stall!
It’s slowly all coming together and I can’t thank my husband, Michael Schaffer enough😘

It’s been a little too long since our last post…we’ve been busy 🤗
A huge thank you to my dad for helping me build the Dutch doors for the stalls in the indoor arena barn. Thank you to our #1 maintenance guy and huge supporter, my husband for freezing with me while we hung the Dutch doors. And of course my mom for the moral support and keeping Daddy and I inline while we built the doors together 🤣
It truly does take a village and I have one of the best!!!
We also have the insulation on the stall walls and started putting the boards up for the stalls today🤗. More pictures to come as we get the 4 stalls closer to done 😍
