Now THAT is a transformation!

This deck had years of dirt, algae, and weathering built up, but there was still some beautiful wood hiding underneath.
We gave the deck, railings, and stairs a full restoration cleaning and brought that natural wood color back to life. The difference speaks for itself!

If your deck is looking gray, green, or just plain tired, don’t assume it needs to be replaced. You might be surprised what a proper cleaning and restoration can do.

🇺🇸 IT'S OFFICIAL! THE SIGN IS UP! 🇺🇸

Another exciting milestone for JR Property Services!

Our new 4' x 4' sign is officially up at Clayton Food Store, right in the heart of the community I call home!

There's something pretty special about seeing your business name hanging on a building you've driven past countless times. What started as an idea has turned into something I'm incredibly proud of, and seeing that sign up there makes all the hard work and long hours worth it.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Clayton Food Store for giving me the opportunity to advertise my business in such a great location!

And to everyone who has hired me, referred me, shared my posts, or simply supported JR Property Services along the way — I truly appreciate every one of you!

I'm not trying to build the biggest company around. I'm trying to build a business this community can count on. One job, one customer, and one handshake at a time.

If you're stopping by Clayton Food Store, take a look at the new sign!

BIG HOUSE, BIG TO-DO LIST!

Got to spend some time working on this absolutely beautiful home! No matter how big or nice a house is, there's always something that needs fixing, upgrading, or installing!

Here's what we knocked out on this one:

Mounted 4 televisions throughout the home.

Got a couple of sinks working properly again.

Installed a brand-new ice maker, including running the water supply and drain lines through the ceiling of the basement bathroom.

Installed a Ring video doorbell where there wasn't even a traditional doorbell! The home still had an outdated intercom system, so we had to come up with a solution to bring things up to date.

One of my favorite things about running JR Property Services is that no two days are the same. One minute I'm working on plumbing, the next I'm mounting TVs or figuring out how to make modern technology work in a home that wasn't originally set up for it.

Big jobs, small jobs, and everything in between. If it needs doing, give us a call!

While Everyone Else Was Sleeping, We Were Working!

Started this bar top restoration at 3:30 AM, right after the bar closed, and had the final coat of clear finish on before noon!

This wasn't just a quick sanding and a fresh coat of clear. I planed down the entire bar top, sanded everything flat and smooth, and then applied multiple coats of clear polyurethane to bring back that beautiful shine and give it a durable, protective finish.

The goal was simple: Bring this bar top back to life with as little disruption to the business as possible.

Sometimes getting the job done right means working through the night and into the morning!

At JR Property Services, we take pride in doing whatever it takes to deliver quality results.
