September is National Honey Month! 🐝🍯
If you’ve been looking for an excuse to drizzle a little more honey on your sourdough, stir it into your coffee or tea, or pair it with a good cheese... September has officially provided one!
We carry Bertha Bee's Apiary honey, harvested right from the edge of our pasture beside our cornfield. Their 17 hives are filled with busy little workers, and we love being able to offer honey produced right here on our pesticide- and herbicide-free farm in our farm store.
You’ll find several Bertha Bee's favorites on our shelves:
🍯 1 lb. jars of raw hon
🍯 2 lb. containers of raw honey
🍯 Creamed honey
🍯 1 lb. jars with honeycomb inside
🍯 And some fun infused honeys, too!

Honey is one of those wonderfully simple foods that can completely change what’s on your plate. Try it drizzled over sharp cheddar, spread on warm sourdough, spooned over fruit, added to yogurt, or used to sweeten your morning coffee or tea.
And we can help with that snack board, too! We have a wide selection of cheeses in the farm store, along with beautiful sourdough bread from Ten Acres Homestead.
Add some fresh peaches or apples, a little Bertha’s Bees honey, and you have one pretty delicious farm-store spread. 💛
