Hello everyone, we haven't posted in a while, as it's been a great, busy year with lots of repeat customers, so we haven't even had availability! We do however have one 1/4 beef side available, first come, first serve. It is 160lbs hanging weight, so approximately $680 without upgrades. If you get back to us this evening, it could be cut to your specifications, and will be delivered to your door, individually labeled and vacuum sealed next week, if you are in our local area. We are also taking reservations for next month. Please PM the farm page, and we will get back to you in the order they are received. Thanks for your time and continued business!
