Baltic Mill Winery We are a unique winery located in a 100+ year old flour mill. We have renovated the building to highlight the historic mill equipment and steam engine.

The Baltic Mill Winery first opened its doors in 2014, but the magic inside the building has been at work since 1904 when the mill was first erected. What was once a highly-efficient flour mill equipped with three floors of machinery, has been renovated and preserved into a relaxing winery rich in history. Phenomenal wine for every palette, tours of the facility, live music, art classes, all wrapped in the mystique of one of Ohio’s oldest flour mills in the center of Amish country -- what more could you ask for?

Come join us for the Baltic Area Historical Society's final hot dog roast of 2026 this coming Sunday, October 4th. Dinner is free and available beginning around 5:00 PM. We are located at the historic cabin along SR 93 on the north end of Baltic. Bringing your own lawn chairs is encouraged, but we do have seating and tables.

Don't forget – Thursday, October 8th is our soup supper and meeting at the Halifax Schoolhouse. That's two free meals that Susie's serving up in one week... and trust me, you don't want to miss her desserts! I'll post a reminder with more details about that one later.
