The next meeting of the Baltic Area Historical Society will be held at Baltic Mill Winery, Thursday, August 13th at 5:30 PM. Note the earlier time so we can kick it off with a small informal tour of the 2nd and 3rd floors, where all of the old flour mill machinery still sits. Don Scheetz spent many hours working with the winery to document its 118-year-old history and can share the details.

As always, our meetings are open to the public. If you've ever wanted to look around the mill with people who can tell you its stories, or if you want to know what the historical society is up to, this is the meeting you don't want to miss.

Then our September meeting will be held beside Pearl Valley Cheese. More details on that one later.
