💕❤️ Valentine’s Day Treats! ❤️💕

❤️ Chocolate Covered Strawberries- $35 per dozen (sold in dozen quantities only).
- Milk Chocolate
- Dark Chocolate
- White Chocolate

These can come plain, drizzled with white or milk chocolate and/or sprinkles. Or I can do a variety of decorations like in the picture below. DM or email to make it perfect for you!

❤️ Chocolate Covered Oreos- 6 for $12 or 1 dozen for $20
- Milk or Dark Chocolate
- decorated with sprinkles and white chocolate drizzle.

❤️ Mix and Match- 6 Oreos and 6 Chocolate Covered Strawberries- $27

💕💕💕 Orders need to be received by February 10th!!

❤️ Because of the rise in all supplies, I will require payment when you order. Either a deposit of half or full payment.

Pick up will be 2/13 and 2/14 in Fallston. I can also do Parkville on 2/14 in the morning. If you need them delivered, there will be a $10 charge (within 10 miles).

Hi everyone! Long time, no chat! Things over here in the kitchen have been extremely busy o say the least. Covid happening, a new baby boy and a new home in the past (almost) 2 years! Whew. I’m getting back into the swing of things slowly, but surely. I will be offering Valentine’s Day specials! Look for my next post to list treats and prices.

We’ve certainly been busy over here for the past 6 (almost 7!) months. We welcomed our first child, a son, back in December. He’s been the light in our lives!! Now that we are back to a routine and somewhat of a regular schedule, I’d love to get a feel of who would want meals. I know the WW program has changed, which would make it near impossible to figure out exact points for everyone. But what I can do is list the ingredients of each meal. The math would be on you 😉.

Once I get an idea and see who would want meals, I can get a better idea if this will work for everyone! Drop a comment 👇🏼. Looking forward to starting back up in the kitchen!

🍁🍁 This is the menu for the week of OCTOBER 11th. Orders must be received by SUNDAY at 12:00pm.

🍁🍁 Food will be ready for meet up WEDNESDAY. I will email with an exact meeting location, but it is usually in Carney/Fullerton. If this doesn’t work for you, we will come up with a plan together. I know many peoples schedules have changed (along with mine!).

Breakfast and Dessert are $5. Entrees are $10.

Breakfast:

Potato Egg Scramble- eggs mixed with roasted potatoes, onions and peppers. Topped with cheddar cheese and baked until golden brown.

Entrees:

Turkey and Stuffing- roasted turkey breast sautéed with a light rosemary gravy, and a splash of cream. Served with stuffing and seasoned french style green beans.
7🟢 5🔵🟣

Turkey Sheppard’s Pie- ground turkey seasoned with thyme and spices mixed with vegetables and a hint of red wine. Topped with mashed potatoes made with almond milk and cheese for a crunchy crust!

Cajun Shrimp and Smoked Sausage- shrimp and turkey smoked sausage mixed with zucchini, peppers, onions, and cajun spices. (This won’t be very spicy.. more “smoky”. Served with rice pilaf.

Dessert:

Chocolate Heath Triffle: layers of sugar free chocolate cake with sugar free chocolate pudding, whipped cream and toffee pieces.

Breakfast:

I will be making breakfast sandwiches. These will be served frozen and can be kept frozen for up to 1 month!!

Eggs served with a piece of Canadian bacon and American cheese on a light English muffin.

You will just need to microwave them for a couple minutes wrapped in a moist paper towel and they come out great! 🍳🍳

Entrees:

Greek Salad- grilled chicken on top of lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, red onions and feta cheese. Served with a creamy red wine vinaigrette.

Turkey Meatballs Marinara - turkey meatballs seasoned with Italian spices simmered in a homemade marinara sauce made with crushed tomatoes, veggies and spices. Served with whole wheat pasta. Served with 5 meatballs.

Bang Bang Shrimp- roasted shrimp tossed with a spicy/sweet sauce made of light mayo, sriracha and sweet thai chili sauce topped with scallions. Served with rice pilaf and “charred crispy” roasted broccoli. (The shrimp will be a little spicy- but not much).

Dessert:

Chocolate Eclair Cake- layers of graham crackers, sugar free custard and whipped cream topped with a sugar free chocolate ganache.

Our Story

Ever since I was a young girl, I remember myself in the kitchen. That’s where I find myself the most happy. At the age of 10, I decided I wanted to bake desserts and cook food. Spending time in the kitchen with my grandmother is one of my fondest memories. Through the years, I have established myself as someone who does mainly desserts. But now, I have added food and meal prep to the list! I have started this page to combine everything I do into one. From individual meal prepping, to family style meals and of course desserts, it’s a one stop shop!

You will see point values listed on my menus. Why is that? Because I am an avid follower of the Weight Watchers Freestyle program. I’ve been successful on this program and feel they have made their priority and focus to eat healthier and create a lifestyle out of this rather than a “diet”. Most of my individual meals made throughout the week are low carb, high protein and desserts are made with Stevia.

If you are looking for a splurge or need desserts for a special event or occasion, please contact me! After all, what fun is life without a little sweetness in it? Enjoy!
