Greetings from Little Siberia!
Forecast is colder than ever so leave your beachwear at home.

Since February 2 is Crêpe Day, or “Le Jour des Crêpes,” I wanted to recognize it by offering a whopping $2 discount on each crêpe. I’m sure many of you already have crêpe-related activities planned for the big day, so stop by the market and stock up on ready-made and very frozen crêpes. Just reheat and serve!

Just pick up heat and serve crêpes and you’re in business.
If you have some fresh oranges and good butter, you can serve up crêpes Suzettes. Very simple once you have the ready-made crêpes!

Or if you’re frazzled and need a savory snack, pick up the savory crêpes ready to reheat with meat and cheese fillings from the market.

Almost all crêpe ingredients come right from the farmers market!

Happy Bastille Day from Paris Crêpes! It’s a little early, as the actual date is Monday and for some farmers market trivia there is a huge market in Paris on Sundays at the site of the old Bastille prison.

Enough with the history. If you let us know you’d like the Bastille Day Discount on our frozen and ready-to-reheat crêpes you’ll save a whopping $2.00! We’ll have a very good selection and of course will be making fresh crêpes to order.

In honor of the upcoming French holiday, I’ll have my ‘73 Velosolex moped on display. If you were French and in Paris in the 1970s, you probably owned one 🇫🇷🙂

Bonjour and welcome to the weekend! In an effort to keep the temperature at the market bearable, we’ll be offering pre-packaged crêpes ready to reheat and serve. Sorry, we won’t be cooking at the market but we will have a good variety of sweet and savory crêpes for you to take home. As always, we welcome your feedback and serving suggestions.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who has tried our heat and serve crêpes and have been asking for them! We have a new batch for Saturday with a few new options. As always, we welcome feedback on optimal prep times and taste. These crêpes are fully-cooked, ready to reheat and serve!

Good news! We’ll have more pre-packaged filled crêpes since they’ve received such a warm welcome! Simply unwrap and microwave for 1-2 min. Can also be warmed on the stovetop.
