Although it happens every year, we still get a little sad when we have to leave one season and enter into the next. We hope you love “The Northeastern” salad as much as we do. It is a salad that embraces the winter as we enter into the fresh flavors of spring.
Sure we could tell you how the sharp cheddar cheese and the green apple tastes awesome with the housemade mulled apple cider vinaigrette and how the crunch of the candied pecans just adds that perfect touch. Yeah, we could do that or you could drop us a line and build your own flavor train of flavor at your next event.
When it comes to making great food, we just don’t know how to stop!

1. Grilled Chicken Breasts al Pastor – Marinated with lime, orange, cilantro, chile, and achiote.
2. Crispy Rice Agemoshi – Topped with spicy seared tuna, umami mayo, and wrapped in nori.
3. The Pantry Caesarish Salad, plátanos maduros, a side of crema, and our first-time-made pão de queijo with a side of guava paste syrup.
