Baltimore is most certainly in its culinary renaissance and I’m here for it every step of the way! We’ve got another gorgeous restaurant that has opened up right across from the -> with heading up the kitchen, you will recognize him from his work with Urban Oyster and Marta - he’s now leading the way for this new stunner!

Naturally & I were first through the day to start this next chapter of a space I grew up going to!

One of my favorite dishes at Yeiboh Kitchen is their lobster rigatoni, loaded with Cajun cream sauce, truffle oil, and fried lobster. So naturally, I had to Chyno-fy it. This version adds grilled shrimp and a honey jerk lamb chops for a land-and-sea situation that feels absolutely ridiculous in the best possible way. Sometimes customization is self-care. 🤣🫰🏽

Stopped by Kitchen for Chapter 3 of their Story-Worthy Food Series, highlighting Iris and the flavors of Guerrero, Mexico.

I enjoyed the Ensalada de Nopalitos, Sopa de Frijoles, and Pollo en Pipián Verde, along with a Pepino Agua Fresca and a Tequila Poncha, and every bite was thoughtful, intentional, and delicious. What I continue to love about this series is how it shines a light on the cultures that help build the restaurant, creating opportunities for team members to share their stories, traditions, and heritage through food. It’s a beautiful reminder that some of the best meals come with a deeper connection to the people behind them.

Join me in welcoming .alice.anne to Baltimore’s dining scene.

Located in the former Lobo space in Fells Point, this new neighborhood tavern comes from Kevin and Liz Irish, the team behind , alongside partners Katie Schlaffer and Chris Richards. The menu pulls inspiration from their Korean American roots and global travels, while the cocktails and atmosphere capture everything we love about a great corner bar.

I’ve been a longtime fan of Kevin and Liz’s work, from Local Fry to Toki Tako, and it’s exciting to see them bring a new gathering place to Baltimore. Great food, thoughtful drinks, and a space that already feels like it’s been part of the neighborhood for years. Baltimore, go check this one out.

For me I’ve always loved their arepas but when the cachapas landed on the menu, I made it my mission to try them all. This custom combo made for me brings together slow-roasted perfectly seasoned pulled chicken, crispy chicharrón, and Venezuelan cheese folded into a sweet corn cachapa that’s worth every single bite.

Well friend, it looks like you’ve got another delicious Venezuelan 🇻🇪 bite to add to the list!
