To Our Dearest Chatime Family,
Firstly, we would like to say thank you. Thank you so much for being our loyal customers and supporting us throughout these past five years. We made it through the pandemic together, and we are so grateful to have made so many amazing lifelong memories with you all.
It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the closing of our family business. Our lease is coming to an end, so we have made a very difficult decision to close our physical location at the Federal Hill area in Baltimore City. We will miss you all so much!
We would also like you to take this opportunity to thank our team members for their tireless efforts, teamwork, loyalty, and commitment to our store.
