Our Story

In 2012, Mark and Michelle Hedman, put their passions together to start their very own farm. The two have a combined farm experience of over 35 years. They carry the responsibility of managing, marketing, and operating the farm. Over the past few years, they have been dedicated to the humane treatment of animals with their mission being to raise animals that are naturally grown.

On 13 acres of land, the animals have a healthy open environment to allow for a natural maturity diet of natural grains and grass without hormones or antibiotics. The livestock raised for production on the farm are steers, goats, broilers, and hens. Both Mark and Michelle wish to continue furthering their education and research to improve the farms production, conservation, and sustainability. At MKM Family Farms, we are proud of our superior products that ‘Naturally Taste Better’!

Along with our superior products, we provide horse boarding on our family farm. With our over 35 years experience with, we provide the knowledge and expertise to love on your horse or horses.
