I am writing this post because we just had a completely uncalled argument at the stall about a menu that is posted on the Cross Street Market's website. I tried explaining to the guy it was from 7 years ago & prices have had to go up over the years but he was trying to insist on me giving him a $7 sandwich for $4 & when I refused to, he felt the need to start cussing me out. Even after being offered a refund. I guess it made him feel like a man to cuss out a woman or he thought I was going to cower to him because he was a man IDK!! I'm sorry for going on & on but the point of this post is to let everyone know that the RED & WHITE menu IS NOT current. We have emailed the market asking for it to be removed & hopefully then Google will stop automatically uploading it to our Google business page. Attached are pictures of the menu in question & UPDATED PICTURES OF OUR CURRENT MENU THAT IS HANGING AT THE STALL NOW. Thank you everyone for taking the time to let me have my little rant & thank you even more always being such loyal & understanding customers & friends

Update: We just want to thank everyone for all the love & concern. We aren't going to close up shop until the restaurant is officially sold to a new owner. So we are going to still be here a while longer. We hope to continue to see everyone until that day comes. We will definitely keep everyone posted as we go along. 🩷

It is with a saddened heart that we are writing this post but the time has come to where Steve's Lunch is reaching the end of the road. My Boss is looking to sell the restaurant, the name & everything that comes with it. If anyone is seriously looking to start a small carryout this would be a great investment & easy transition. He has been a staple of this community since 1964. Please only serious enquires feel free to come in & speak directly to our boss (John) he's here every Monday, every other day he gets here around 2pm.
