We’re serving up island flavor at the Food Truck Rally from 11–6 today.

We’re excited to welcome the Taste of Hawaii food truck to The Beat Goes On: Heart Health Fair at The Eight10!

Join us on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM to enjoy some delicious Hawaiian fare (11:00 AM to 6:00 PM) while checking out hands-on CPR training, AED demonstrations, and heart health tips.

You can get up close with the ThedaStar Helicopter and crew, EMTs and ambulances, police officers with squad cars, and the Sheriff’s Dive Team and K9 Unit. Grab a drink at the cash bar in Winston’s Cellar (located in The Eight10) or stop into the H.H. HINDER taproom for a cold beer!

Come one come all down to Waupaca for The Beat Goes On Heart Health Fair. Check out the helicopter and other fire and rescue vehicles from the local community. Grab a bite to eat and have some good family fun.

🌺 Taste of Hawaii is rolling into The Beat Goes On Heart Health Fair! 🌺

Join us on Saturday, April 25th from 11am–1pm at The Eight10 in Waupaca for a community event that’s all about heart health, learning, and supporting our local first responders.

We’ll be serving up your favorite island‑style comfort food while you explore:
❤️ Hands‑Only CPR & AED demos
🚁 Thedastar helicopter
🚑 Ambulances & EMT crews
🐾 K9 unit, dive team, and more

It’s a great chance to learn something new, meet the amazing people who keep our community safe, and enjoy a plate lunch while you’re at it.

Come say aloha, grab a bite, and be part of a day that keeps Waupaca’s heart beating strong. 🌴💙

We are proud to reveal the updated 2026 menu.

New this year, based on feedback over the last couple years, we updated our beef selection from beef steak medallions to shredded beef in our homemade teriyaki sauce.

Please take a look and come out and see us at one of our events this year to get your Taste of Hawaii plate lunch!

We’re excited to be part of the 6th Annual Redneck Polar Plunge, raising funds to support Make‑A‑Wish Wisconsin and the incredible kids they serve.

🍍 Enjoy delicious Hawaiian flavors
🤝 Cheer on the brave plungers
💙 Help make wishes come true for Wisconsin kids

Let’s bring the heat, the heart, and the aloha spirit to Pop A Top before the snow hits. Mahalo for supporting such an amazing cause! 🌴✨

It looks like the snow is going to hold off long enough for us to get our day in!!

Tickets for the baskets/prizes will be sold from 11am-3pm, plunge is at 1pm, drawings start at 3pm.
You do not need to be present to win. There are over 75 baskets plus many other large prize items!
