🚨 BREAKING 🚨 Three administrative judges have recommended DENIAL of the 765 kV power lines running from Bell County, West thru the Hill Country to Sand Lake - finding that there is not a need, not enough generation to support it, lack of due process, and alternatives are available.
The Public Utility Commission of Texas still has the final say. It’s clear that they should follow this resounding recommendation and DENY the application.
