This Sunday! Sandwich pop-up round 5! 4-7 is hosting this time! Dave and Terry have been kind enough to join forces on this sandwich spectacular and we couldn’t be happier.

This time we are making some real fun Japanese sandos.

Pork katsu, cabbage slaw, Chili Royale chili crisp, other tasty sauces.

Truffle potato “katsu” available as a veggie option.

Tomago Sando, Tangled orchard soft boiled egg, egg salad, kewpie, chives, other super secret ingredients.

Fruit Sando, whipped cream, groundworks organics strawberries, vanilla, milk bread.

Age Sando, fried milk bread, cream, brûlée’d

Ben Maude is always working on some kitchen mischief and doing sandwich pop ups has long been in the works.
We are going to be serving some killer sandos this weekend from 4-7 or until sold out.
Tiny menu but it should offer something for everyone.

Porchetta sandwich: local bread, handmade Porchetta sliced thin, arugula, pickled red onions, capers, and stracciatella.

Broccolini sando: local broccolini oven roasted with lemon and garlic, pistachio, balsamic vinegar reduction, stracciatella, and arugula.

Beauty in simplicity. Please come check it out and if you can respond to the event (I will post in stories) or shoot a message so we can get an idea for how many to expect, it would be appreciated.
