Busy couple of days hubby off to see his brother so I always make some goodies for him to share with him and this morning someone wanted cream puffs lucky I had made extra shells so I made more pastry cream and a lemon curd filling. Saw a reel from some other country and said looks cool so will make some modifications on next batch but think might be fun at the Bakesale it is my chocolate and plain sweet dough and I simple syrup brushed on after the bake. I am not your typical baker. I Never use mixes. I never use white flour I never use full sugar and if I can make a ingredient I will here made over the past three days are home made caramel made with less sugar. Chocolate ganache. Less sugar fresh lemon curd again less sugar and farm fresh eggs. Sweetened condensed milk. Yes half the sugar. And my fillings here strawberry mango blackberry cranberry and cranberry raspberries made from Peters cranberries here in Bandon.
