We have an old friend with a brand new look back in the chocolate case. The Apricot Amaretto is back with a gorgeous new look. Creamy milk chocolate ganache infused with a vanilla amaretto liqueur and a center of dried apricot that's been soaking in that delicious liqueur until it's perfectly saturated with notes of vanilla and amaretto.

We are here until 5:30 today and back at it at 10 on Wednesday morning. Come on by and get your sweet fix.

Hello Friends! We wanted to let you in on another specialty item we are now taking orders for. 😊 Though Father’s Day isn’t traditionally a big Chocolate holiday….we know many Father’s do love chocolate! ❤️ 🍫This Father’s Day we are making a special Bûche cake, just like we did for Mother’s Day. Kevin created this special one with Dad’s in mind. It will have a smoked nut cake, a whiskey mousse, a Guinness beer Crémeux, a smoked nut praline and a dark chocolate glaze. We are offering 2 sizes. Orders will be taken from now until June 15th, with a pick up day of June 20th. Call 541-341-3300 to order yours, or stop by!

Have you tried our Cherry Amaretto Charlotte yet? Such a tasty blend of Cherry and Almond. It has a dark Cherry compote, cherry and almond cake, Amaretto mousse, and dark cherry glaze. It’s only here for a limited time, so be sure to stop by!

Good morning friends! 😁 Fresh baked pastries are ready and out in our case. Hand made, hand rolled, and fresh baked. We have croissants, scones and canelé today. Have you ever had a canelé? You may have seen them in our case…but might not know what it is. It is a small classic French pastry with Rum and vanilla. We bake it in a small cup like pan lined with beeswax and butter. It gets a deliciously crisp, caramelized outside and soft tender custard like inside. It is a specialty of the Bordeaux region of France, but you can find it here in Bandon. This is one of Kevin’s favorite pastries…so we decided long ago to feature it every day here at Coastal Mist.

Bread….fantastic bread. Is there any more amazing smell than fresh baked bread?? If only these pictures were scratch and sniff. 😁 Did you know that every Friday and Saturday we make fresh artisan bread with our sourdough starter that is over 100 years old? We take pre orders each week through Wednesdays to guarantee you can purchase a loaf of bread. Otherwise what we make is available at noon on Friday and Saturdays.
