🚨 AN ANNOUNCEMENT WE NEVER THOUGHT WE’D HAVE TO MAKE 🚨

After rebuilding from the devastating December 2024 fire, we truly believed the hardest part was behind us.

Over the last year and a half, we poured everything we had into rebuilding Salty Brick Market and transforming it into a space filled with pop-up markets, craft fairs, community events, local vendors, and countless memories. We rebuilt with every intention of continuing to grow this concept long term and believed we were building the future of Salty Brick Market.

Unfortunately, we have now been informed that the space is being repurposed, and our time at 35 Main Street is coming to an end.

While this chapter is closing, we are incredibly proud of what was built here after the fire. This space became far more than a market. It became a place where people gathered, connected, supported local businesses, and created memories. We are grateful for every customer, vendor, and community member who helped make that possible.

♥️While Salty Brick Market is winding down, many customer favorites have already found a new home at Bangin’ Whoopie, 6 Water Street. The deli, salad bar, grab-and-go items, and everyday essentials are all available there. And for those who remember our Hammond Street days, we’ve dusted off many of the old lunch and dinner favorites and are once again serving them.

This isn’t the ending we envisioned, but we’re incredibly proud of what we built, the community that formed inside these walls, and the impact this space had on Downtown Bangor.

Thank you, Bangor, for supporting us through the fire, the rebuild, and everything that came after. We hope to see you this weekend. ♥️
