This week we bring a new dish, Mediterranean Vegetables and Chicken. The plantains are ripening fast, so i have a nice supply. Hope to see you Saturday!

Mediterranean Vegetables and Chicken - Boneless chicken thighs in a bed of flavorful vegetable with spices, feta, kalamata olives, Olive oil and lemon. Served with rice pilaf. Vegetarian version also available. ****Update..only 1 chicken dinner and 1 vegetarian available, almost sold out ****
