Update 9 June: so last evening this neighbour decided to take a ‘walk’ across the street, but just long enough to cover the length of our property line. Then we get a message from the neighbour next to her saying she was ON our property walking round and round the ‘offensive’ dumpster. Now this is a pattern of behaviour consistent with stalking, harassment, and trespassing. I believe a call to the authorities is warranted.

So, at 9:31pm last night I get a message from campers with a small travel home staying on the front of the property saying the neighbours across the street were taking photos of them.
This morning Theresa paid the neighbours a visit with a dozen eggs (which they turned down), and politely asked why the were taking photos. Apparently they still have an issue with our small blue dumpster provided by the local trash company, and placed in the only location approved by said trash company, and serviced weekly by said trash company. We’ve already been through this with them when their daughter or neice called me during the winter complaining it could be seen from the living room window. Now they plan on going to the township about it.
I can stand at the bottom of my driveway and see at least two, maybe three other very similar dumpsters in neighbouring yards. So not sure why ours alone is such an issue 🤔.
